RISK ASSESSMENT

FMEA

We help you investigate possible failure modes and the effect of each failure. FMEA, is a systematic and proactive method for identifying, evaluating and preventing potential failures in products, processes or systems before they occur, which increases quality and safety. By analyzing what can go wrong, why it happens and what consequences (effects) it has, FMEA helps teams prioritize risks and take action to minimize them. The method is central for quality improvement

FEMECA

We help you analyse the criticality of each failure mode and add this to the FMEA. Then the FMEA becomes an FMECA when a qualitative criticality analysis is performed. It may consist of calculating a risk number (Risk Priority Number, RPN) taking into account, among other things, failure intensity. The risk number is calculated as the product of a number of appropriate factors such as failure intensity, failure effect and detection probability that apply for a predetermined period of time.

Documentation

We help you document all data and analyzes in a standardized format so that the basis creates the best conditions for a good next step in your work with your safety.
